Background
Adena Baer was born and raised in the suburbs of Baltimore. As the youngest of four siblings, she learned at a young age how to make sure her voice was heard. This proficiency of self-expression, determination, and a natural competitive streak have informed Adena’s accomplishments and how she faces any new challenge.
Adena takes great pleasure in connecting with others, which is what motivated her to major in mass communication at Towson University. As a head volunteer for Chai Lifeline, an organization that helps children battling serious illnesses, Adena has supported many families in an attempt to bring some joy and normalcy into their lives. With her passion for communication combined with her concern for others, Adena felt compelled to pursue a law degree.
During her internship with the Honorable Judge Ruth Ann Jakubowski, Adena discovered a passion for family law. For two consecutive semesters, Adena participated as a Student Attorney in the Mediation for Families Clinic. Her desire to use her skills to protect the vulnerable was brought to the forefront. Now working at Milstein Siegel, Adena helps her clients navigate difficult circumstances with a unique sensitivity that is borne of genuine care and concern. She is committed to helping her clients reach the best possible outcomes.
When she is not practicing law, Adena can be found trapezing, teaching swimming lessons, or competitively playing Rummikub with her nieces and nephews.
