Background
Guy Zachmy graduated from New Mexico State University in 2009 with a B.A. in Anthropology and minor in History. Guy received his law degree in 2015 from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Guy has traveled and lived in the Middle East, East Asia and Latin America. During his time abroad, Guy managed, among other things, to work with underprivileged youth in Peru as an English tutor and to volunteer on a kibbutz in Israel, where he learned the application of water saving techniques in the farming of mango, avocado and dates.
As an Associate Attorney at Milstein Siegel, Guy finds it most rewarding to be able to help people through some of the most challenging and most stressful times of their lives. Since family is most important to Guy, it is important for him to help his clients achieve the best results possible in their family law case.
In his spare time, Guy enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing basketball, and being active in his neighborhood and community. You may see Guy camping or hiking at a State or National Park, or at a basketball court in a pickup game.
Experience
After graduating law school, Guy worked at an Immigration Law firm in Towson, where he represented clients in custody and special immigrant juvenile status cases in State Courts across Maryland and asylum cases and family-based petitions in Baltimore Immigration Court and USCIS. Guy later worked for a family law firm in Glen Burnie, where he represented clients in all aspects of family law proceedings, including custody, child support, divorce and separation and protective orders.
